If you are a print subscriber and having problems logging into The Word Among Us please try the instructions below to solve the problem:
- First, read this help article on how to log in with a print account #.
- If have just started your first Print Subscription (not a previous customer) you information might not be in our system yet. Currently, your access to the The Word Among Us app will not start until your first issue arrives at your mailing address.
- Most print subscribers have a default password and can log in with their print account # in the app by following the instructions provided. But, if a user has ever changed their username and/or password to their account on our website, then the user needs to use that information instead of the defaulted settings.
- To have your password reset or if you are still having issues logging in, please click the "Email Us" link in the top right of the page. Be sure to include the name that is on a recently delivered print edition of The Word Among Us and your 9 digit account number.
