The Word Among Us app does not have a way to delete old issues from the app.
We specifically designed the app to use very little space on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Issues are automatically archived after two years. While this might seem like it would take up space, The Word Among Us app actually uses less memory than most apps on the App Store.
For example, The New York Times (which doesn't allow you to view past issues) takes on average 275MB of memory. The Word Among Us on average uses 50MB with all issues downloaded.
If you'd like to learn more about memory usage on your iOS device, you can go to: Settings>General>Storage (it may take a few seconds for the list to appear) and see all the space usage on your device broken down by each App. You might be in for a shock when you see how big some of your other apps are and how much space photos, music, and movies take up on your device.
